We process account details, professional profiles, education, experience, skills, applications, communications, uploaded documents, and technical data required to operate and protect MySkolii.
We use information to provide the service, authenticate accounts, manage applications, calculate vacancy compatibility, communicate process updates, prevent fraud, respond to requests, and meet legal obligations.
The public profile is limited to general professional information. Contact details, exact location, date of birth, marital status, gender, social profiles, and résumés are not displayed publicly. Candidates control their profile and résumé visibility. Authenticated institutions receive access only when the recruitment workflow and plan permissions allow it.
We share information with the institution responsible for a vacancy when a candidate applies, and with service providers processing data under our instructions for hosting, communications, payments, security, or support. We do not sell personal information.
We retain information while an account is active and as needed for legitimate purposes or legal obligations. You may request access, correction, deletion, objection, or restriction through the contact channels published on MySkolii.
We use access controls, strong passwords, permission checks, and other reasonable safeguards. No system is infallible; please report suspicious activity promptly.
We will show the revision date and communicate material changes. To exercise your rights or ask about this policy, use MySkolii's published contact channels.
