These terms govern the use of MySkolii by candidates and institutions. By creating an account or using the platform, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy.
Each user is responsible for protecting their credentials, using a strong password, and promptly reporting suspected unauthorized access. Account sharing, impersonation, and attempts to access another person's information are prohibited.
Candidates retain ownership of their information. By applying, they authorize the institution responsible for the vacancy to review the professional information and documents submitted for that recruitment process. The compatibility score is an automated reference based on available data; it does not guarantee an interview, employment, or any particular outcome.
Institutions must publish legitimate information and vacancies. Candidate information may only be used for recruitment, vacancy-related contact, and applicable legal duties. Selling it, reusing it for advertising, discriminating, requesting unnecessary data, or sharing it with unauthorized third parties is prohibited.
False, offensive, discriminatory, unlawful, malicious, or rights-infringing content is prohibited. MySkolii may moderate, suspend, or remove accounts, vacancies, or content that breaches these rules or puts the community at risk.
The price, currency, benefits, and term are shown before payment. Monthly plans last 30 days and annual plans last 365 days unless the offer states otherwise. Plans do not renew automatically unless this is clearly disclosed and expressly accepted during checkout. Taxes, refunds, and promotions are governed by the purchase information and applicable law.
We work to keep the service secure and available, but maintenance, third parties, or circumstances beyond our control may cause interruptions. MySkolii enables contact between candidates and institutions, but is not a party to the employment relationship and cannot guarantee decisions made by third parties.
We may update these terms for legal, technical, or service reasons. The revision date appears above, and material changes will be communicated through reasonable means. You may close your account in settings; records may be retained where required by law.
